Thomas Murray - Founding Partner


Thomas Murray is an international business management consultant and executive with over 20 years of industry experience and 10 years consulting experience in the areas of performance improvement and major change management within large and medium sized global companies. His management expertise has been successfully applied to all areas of operations throughout the value chain, including working on projects with Brooks International, Maine Pointe, Step Change, Alexander Proudfoot, Highland Group, Stratus, etc. in all 5 continents.

His strong improvement delivery skills have enabled Thomas to repeatedly deliver successful performance improvements in some of the most complex change programs in diverse cultural environments. He has lived in Asia for 20 years successfully managing performance improvement projects throughout the region.

Having been the COO or President with full P&L responsibility of several global manufacturing companies, Thomas understands and appreciates the complexities and difficulties C-level officers face in their daily responsibilities while leading their companies through difficult changes. At the heart of this has been his understanding of the consequences of decisions across the entire organization and the integrated supply chain.

Thomas has an MBA, specializing in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and the following professional certifications: Certified in Production and Inventory Management from APICS, Certified Purchasing Manager from ISM, Project Management Professional from PMI, and Certified International Purchasing Consultant from IPSCMI. He is on the Board of Directors of APICS. Thomas is bi-lingual in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, and conversant in Portuguese.
